Access and Eligibility
The Requesta Client App is open for download and use by any individual, regardless of industry or background. However, by accessing or using the app, it is assumed that the user is of legal age in their jurisdiction to request or provide services.
Requesta does not knowingly permit underage or unauthorized individuals to enter into service agreements through the platform.
Applying to Become a Service Provider
Any user who wishes to offer services must first register and be approved as a Client. Once registered, they may apply to become a Service Provider directly within the Client App.
Application Requirements:
During the application process, the user will be required to submit:
- Proof of industry participation
- Any relevant licenses, certifications, or qualifications specific to the service(s) they intend to offer
This verification process is essential to ensure that only legitimate, qualified professionals can act as Service Providers. It is part of our broader commitment to protect Clients from fraudulent activity, incompetent service, or misrepresentation.
Platform Integrity, Suspensions, and Forfeiture
Requesta maintains a strict policy against abuse, fraud, or misconduct by any user—Client or Service Provider.
Grounds for Suspension:
A user may be suspended or permanently removed from the platform if credible evidence is found that they have:
- Committed fraud, a criminal act, or misconduct
- Abused the platform to the detriment of another user or Requesta itself
- Violated the terms of service or acted in bad faith
Important: If a user is suspended from acting as a Service Provider, they will also lose access to the Client App entirely. Suspension from one role results in full suspension across the platform.
Token Forfeiture:
All token balances at the time of suspension—whether held as a Client or Service Provider—will be permanently forfeited. No refunds or transfers will be permitted, and Requesta reserves the right to retain forfeited tokens as part of its enforcement policy.
These measures are in place to maintain the integrity of the system, to deter misuse, and to protect the interests of the honest majority using the platform.
Service Provider Responsibilities
As a verified Service Provider on Requesta, you agree to:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date profile information
- Respond promptly to service requests
- Provide services in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations
- Maintain appropriate insurance coverage where required by law or industry standards
- Resolve disputes with Clients professionally and in good faith
Client Responsibilities
As a Client using Requesta, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information about your service needs
- Communicate clearly with Service Providers
- Pay for services as agreed upon with the Service Provider
- Provide honest feedback and ratings after service completion
- Respect the time and expertise of Service Providers
Dispute Resolution
Requesta provides a platform for connecting Clients and Service Providers but is not directly involved in the actual service transactions between users.
Our Role:
- Requesta does not act as a mediator in disputes between users. However, where legally required—such as by a court order or formal arbitration process—we may provide relevant records or evidence in our possession, in accordance with applicable laws and privacy regulations.
- We may suspend accounts following the adverse outcome of a dispute investigation
- We reserve the right to remove fraudulent or misleading reviews
For serious disputes, we recommend seeking resolution through appropriate legal channels in your jurisdiction.
